A little more about me…
My passion is supporting Christian women physicians who desire greater joy, energy, and clarity in their personal and professional calling.
As an internal medicine physician and professional physician life and leadership coach, I understand both the unique pressures of medical practice and the deep sense of calling many women physicians carry—and how difficult it can be to live that out well amid competing demands.
I’ve been coaching physicians since 2013, working primarily with women across specialties and career stages. Together, we explore areas such as well-being, leadership, career direction, relationships, and spiritual growth—helping you live, serve, and lead with greater intention in your current season.
I co-founded the Christian Medical & Dental Association (CMDA) Coaching and Coaching Training Program in 2014 and later served as Director. I continue to enjoy training healthcare professionals in coaching skills that strengthen their leadership, clinical work, and everyday interactions. Our team has trained hundreds of clinicians across the U.S. and internationally, and I’ve had the privilege of speaking at CMDA and Women Physicians and Dentists in Christ conferences on physician well-being, leadership, and personal development.
My calling to support women physicians began early in medical training and grew through years of mentoring, teaching, and creating spaces for connection. When I discovered professional coaching, I immediately recognized it as the missing piece I had been seeking. After completing formal training and certification, I eventually stepped away from clinical practice to focus fully on coaching, speaking, and training.
I hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation and am an ICF-licensed physician coach trainer. As a Strengths-Champion Certified Coach, I also help physicians better understand and apply their God-given strengths through the CliftonStrengths assessment.
I’m married to a surgeon and am a grateful mother of two adult children who live nearby, along with an affectionate Australian Labradoodle. Outside of work, I enjoy music, photography, art, and long walks on the beach.
I would be honored to connect with you—hearing your story, coming alongside you in this season, and creating space to discern what may be possible as you move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
